Re: Anna Von Reitz: 'Grandma's Rewrite of The ....
Although doing things in the lawful way will put the law on your side, it may not be enough. The law is only as good as the force behind it to enforce it. Our government officials are clearly guilty of doing a number of things that are unconstitutional and therefore unlawful for failing to adhere to the rule of law. And while we can call them out on these unlawful actions, the only way that we can truly win and come out on top is by the use of sufficient force to compel their compliance in adhering to the rule of law. A case in point is what took place in Tennessee right after World War II in 1946 which is known as The Battle of Athens.

When you see and learn of this historical event you will begin to understand the true meaning and the real purpose behind the Second Amendment to the Constitution and why the Founding Fathers of this great nation believed so strongly in the Right of the people to keep and bear arms that they felt they needed to amend the Constitution in order to incorporate this accepted God given Right into our Constitution with the very strong language and commandment words "shall not be infringed".
Furthermore, as an amendment the provisions and the directives contained within the Second Amendment permanently alter and change the Constitution as an amendment to a document always supersedes the terms and provisions of the original document. And so absent any subsequent or later constitutional amendment that specifically addresses this matter, the Second Amendment stands as originally written and thus "the Right of the people to keep and bear arms Shall Not be infringed" remains as the Supreme Law of the Land.
