Observe yourself . . . take time to slow down and be in 'trust' that no matter what is happening or what is being observed; be safe and at peace. Practice stilling the mind as where our mind is, is what we attract. We do that best by keeping our focus on how we are feeling as we stay in peace. Set intentions at night to go to where you are being taught and healed on the highest level possible for healing so you can wake up peaceful. Then take time early in the morning, lay still and feel the peace and progress each day. Set intentions to be in peace throughout the day. This takes practice but very important. Practice and follow the guide at the back and use it for the deeper work. get in 'the Zone' and ask for assistance to allow the Christ light in stating specifically what is needed. You can learn to direct the Christ energy to where it is required.
Throughout the day, stay in observation mode where you can discern and be in a neutral state as when we have emotional charges of energy (usually based on fear), we will bring to us unwanted people or situations that get us off center or off track. Clear and refocus your mind away from fear and controlling the results by using positive affirmations, "I stay in peace." If "I am in peace" feels incongruent, start with "I can stay in peace. I will stay in peace, to eventually get to "I am peace." It
